Gender equality

This indicator takes into account the wage inequalities between men and women with regard to their position and training. The aim is to include structural structural inequalities. The wage gap is calculated on the basis of differences in hourly wages, the share of men and women in the workforce by sector, and the difference in working hours between men and women.
