Léa Dunand-Chatellet is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure (ENS), holds the agrégation in Economics and Management, and is a member of various industry committees. Each year, she teaches courses on Responsible Investment in leading business schools, and she is also the co-author of a reference book published by Ellipse in 2014: “ISR et Finance Responsable.”

She began her career at Oddo Securities in 2005 within the extra-financial analysis department. In 2010, she was invited to join Sycomore Asset Management, where she became a partner and Head of ESG Investments. Within asset management, she developed a pioneering model for extra-financial analysis and for integrating Sustainable Development issues into portfolio management. Over five years, she created and managed a range of SRI funds totaling €700 million in assets under management and achieved a AAA Citywire ranking. In 2015, she joined Mirova as Head of Equity Management, leading a team of ten equity managers overseeing €3.5 billion in assets.

In June 2018, she was appointed at DNCA Finance as Portfolio Manager and Head of the Responsible Investment division.

In December 2022, she was appointed a member of the AMF’s Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission.

In 2024, she was appointed Chair of the Responsible Investment Commission of the AFG, as well as a member of the Ministry of Finance’s SRI Label Committee.
